This collaborative package includes an intake form and assessment, a 75-minute consultation via phone or Zoom, two weeks of sleep log tracking, and daily weekday check-ins and trouble shooting (via phone or email). Option to add a Tide Talk 30-minute future phone call for $50 when purchasing a Calm Seas Package
