Perfect for navigating a new developmental stage, a transition, or a new sleep challenge since we last worked together. This focused call gives us time to reconnect and identify your next steps.

Cancellation Policy

Tide Talk appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Eligible cancellations receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
